A report is a workflow outcome, not a download side effect.

Repeated downloads reuse the current stored report version. A changed finalized snapshot creates a new version; superseded and revoked history remains auditable.

Eligibility

  • GET the safe assessment JSON result first.
  • A draft, pending, returned or cancelled assessment is not PDF-eligible.
  • The token must have assessments:reports:read and the integration must remain enabled and environment-bound.
  • Download responses are application/pdf and include X-Assessment-Report-Version.

Version and verification metadata

Official issuance stores a report version, snapshot hash, content hash, PDF hash and private artifact reference. QR data contains only the configured public verification URL. It never contains a claim, vehicle, owner, employee, supplier or financial record.

Public verification privacy

The verifier shows limited authenticity metadata and current/superseded/revoked state. It does not expose report bytes, customer details, vehicle identifiers, totals, suppliers, comments or attachments.
